the researcher must then negotiate the rights and rate with the picture source and then once cleared arrange for the high res to be sent. All this takes time and in our modern
computer world, companies no longer have a Picture Researcher or Photo Editor on staff ready to exclusively handle their many image requirements. These days are long gone.
